Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders out within 2-3 business days (sometimes faster if we’re feeling extra speedy). Once it’s on its way, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on where you live. Need it yesterday? Shoot us a message and we’ll see what we can do!

Yes! We love sending our clothes around the world. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your country—add your items to the cart and we’ll calculate it for you at checkout.

Shipping is a flat $6 (or free over $150!). We’re a small biz, so we don’t have giant corporate shipping deals (yet!), but we always try to keep it fair.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh it like we do.

Oh no! If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or something looks off, email us at wallflowervegas@gmail.com and we’ll play detective with the postal service.

Sizing & Fit

Every product page has a size chart to help! Still not sure? Email us or DM us on Instagram. We’re happy to help you figure it out (and we know the pieces inside and out).

Most of the time, yes! But if something runs a little bigger or smaller, we’ll always mention it in the product description.

We usually say: if you like things more fitted, size down; if you like a looser vibe, size up. And remember, you can always exchange it if it’s not quite right!

Returns & Exchanges

We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (AKA no lipstick stains, please!)

Email us at wallflowervegas@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you the next steps!

Right now, we’re a small shop so we can’t cover return shipping—but we promise to make the process super easy! Return shipping is on us if there’s an issue with the item, though. 

Once we get your return back, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and email you when your refund or exchange is on its way.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. 

We start packing orders pretty fast! But if you email us ASAP, we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Usually it’s just a typo (don’t worry, it happens). Double check your billing info, expiration date, or try another card. Still stuck? Contact your bank or let us know and we’ll help troubleshoot!

Products & Stock

Some pieces are limited-edition, some we restock! If you love something that’s sold out, sign up for restock alerts on the product page or message us—we might have more coming!

We drop new goodies every few weeks (sometimes sooner if inspiration strikes!). Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.

We source from small-batch manufacturers and indie designers—we’re super picky about quality and ethics. Feel free to ask if you want to know where a specific piece came from!
